Beginner Classroom Training

This 3 day course outlines how to get E2 running in your shop by focusing on the key elements of the software from start to finish and is an integral part of the overall implementation process. Each student will have access to their own computer when attending class in our state of the art training centers, ensuring that new users receive hands on experience during group instruction and "Lab Times" that allow each person to enter their own information as desired.

Pre-requisites for this course are a working knowledge of Windows and the viewing of the Getting Started with E2 (Parts 1 and 2) videos PRIOR to attending as these recorded sessions cover setup and navigation topics not taught during class.

Classes are offered monthly at each location except Toronto, which are held quarterly. Schedules are subject to change based on availability and demand, so select a city from the list to the right in order to view the current listings and register for the class that works best for you.

Note: This course is designed for beginners. Experienced E2 users interested in advanced topics such as Scheduling, Crystal Reports or shop specific issues should consider one of the following.

Exclusive Classroom Training

Are you looking at getting away from the shop for some one-on-one training? Have an E2 consultant work with your people and your data at one of our regional training centers. On-Site Training

If you can't come to the training, then bring the training to you! On-Site training is tailored specifically to meet your needs in your own shop. Our Consultants work closely with you before the actual training to locate the kinks you need worked out to ensure you get the most out of their visit. Once there, training is conducted using your data, in your own environment with virtually no downtime since employees don't have to miss day to day responsibilities.

Online Consultations

Ever had a problem that you knew could be cleared up in an hour or two if you just had a Shoptech specialist all to yourself? Online Consultations are the answer! Using Webex services, one of our training staff will be able to cover topics remotely on your computer or demonstrate how it works by sharing their sample data with you. At $175 per hour, these sessions provide the perfect way to learn about specific components of the E2 Shop System in short, manageable segments of time. Internet Training

Need an introduction to a topic prior to additional training or just need a refresher on material you've already gone over? Our online training is the answer!
