Regional Sales Associate
Main responsibilities are qualifying marketing-related sales leads to win new customers by presenting our software solution and determining client requirements, gain proficiency in both our software’s features as well as industry knowledge, assist Territory Sales Manager to present software effectively and eventually sell our made-to-order manufacturing software package.
Software Support Analyst I
Las Vegas, Nevada
Provide excellent service to current customers who have questions/issues about our software, assist our sales team with questions from potential customers.
Hardware Technical Support I
Las Vegas, Nevada
Provide excellent phone support to customers who have questions/issues about our software, assist our sales team with questions from potential customers and to help internal employees with IT-related needs as necessary. Experience with IIS and SQL Server is a plus, but not mandatory.
