Nema Enclosures is a made to order custom electrical enclosure manufacturer, primarily serving the energy market including upstream, midstream and downstream. Nema Enclosures serves a variety of OEM and integration customers by fabricating custom enclosures to their exact specifications; including any size, material or color, providing private label and customized silk screening, or engraving of customer logo’s or product name. The vast majority of the enclosures manufactured are third party certified to meet the standards of UL, C-UL, IP or ATEX.

How has Nema Enclosures benefited from E2?
Since going live with E2 fabrication shop software in May of 2010 Nema Enclosures business has grown from just under six million to nearly 13 million in sales in 2012. Rob Bohn, President of Nema Enclosures, says “the biggest benefit E2 has brought us has been accurate job costing. Within E2 we have developed accurate BOM and routings for everything we manufacture. This has led to consistent margins on everything wequote and manufacture.
E2 has allowed us to order raw materials in an accurate and timely fashion reducing inventory as well as nearly eliminating part outages.” He adds, “we are very pleased with the system as E2 has become an integral part of the profitable growth of the business. We currently have 19 seats we use actively every day and it’s in nearly every aspect of our business from employees clocking into a job, receiving inventory, completing estimates or closing and invoicing jobs. We could not function as the business we are today without E2.”
