2009 Charles Costello award

Shoptech is proud to announce the 2009 recipient of the “Charles Costello Sales and Leadership award”. The 2009 winner is Greg Tracey, the territory sales manager for the Northeast region for Shoptech Software. Greg has won the award two out of the last three years.

The award is named after the late Charles Costello, former Chairman of the Board for Shoptech Software. Charles was very instrumental in guiding Shoptech from a small software provider into a national company with offices in Ohio, Illinois, Connecticut, Nevada and Houston.

Greg has worked in the manufacturing industry all of his life, growing up in his dad’s shop, Tracey Gear. “It’s an honor to win the award but the most satisfying part is seeing how E2 helps shops grow their business” states Greg. “Most of our new customers come from referrals so that speaks volumes to not only the product but our outstanding customer service”.
