Our Inside Consultants are ready to help you once the sale has been made and you have the software in hand! Each customer is assigned an Inside Consultant who will be available to you for help along the way as you get up and running and on a continual basis when a question arises that need more specialized care than a Tech Support call can provide. Your Inside Consultant will serve as your key company contact.
Most of our Inside Consultants have been promoted from the Technical Support Department so they are very knowledgeable of the software and can assist you in making the correct choices. Your Inside Consultant will stay in close contact with you during your first six months and provide you with all the tools you'll need to get the best results from your software purchase.
