Shoptech Software Receives Marcum Tech Top 40 Award

Glastonbury (08/15/2014) – The Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) and Marcum LLP announced Shoptech Software has made the Marcum Tech Top 40 (TT40) list of fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut. Shoptech Software will be honored at an awards ceremony October 2 at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT

The Marcum Tech Top 40, now in its 7th year, recognizes technology leaders in six industry sectors. Shoptech Software has been named a Tech Top 40 in the Software category. Shoptech Software is a recipient of this award due to strong revenue growth of at least $3 million in annual revenue as well as growth in each of the preceding four years. “It is an honor to be recognized by the CTC”, stated Richard Ehemann, Chief Technology Officer of Shoptech Software. “The state of Connecticut has cultivated a positive environment for technology companies and has allowed us to continually invest in emerging technologies.”

“The annual Marcum Tech Top 40 gives us the opportunity not only to see innovation first-hand but also to recognize how Connecticut’s fastest growing technology companies are overcoming complex challenges to achieve success,” said Anthony P. Scillia, Partner-in-Charge, Marcum New England.
