GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION
Class begins at 8:30 AM each day and concludes at approximately 4:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, class TYPICALLY concludes at approximately 1:00 PM but can run later depending on class specific dynamics. All times are listed in terms of the LOCAL TIME ZONE of the class location.
For class flow purposes, it is imperative that attendees have a thorough knowledge of working in Windows as well as a basic understanding of the E2 Shop System. To assist with this, attendees should view the pertinent recorded sessions available in the Shoptech Learning Center. To access recorded content, select the E2 Learning option in the Customer Education Center. (Access to recorded sessions requires your company’s Education PIN Code and Password and are available only to customers that are currently on full maintenance.)
Registrations (entered below) are limited to two attendees per company, per class to ensure access for as many customers as possible. If you need more than two students to attend a class, please contact us at 1-800-525-2143 or email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional registrants will be placed on our Wait List and, pending on availability of seats, may be confirmed to attend the week prior to class based on the order in which the requests were made. In the event a Wait List registration is confirmed, a new email will be sent with the confirmation information provided. Please do not make any binding travel arrangements for anyone until a Confirmation email is received.
Shoptech reserves the right to assess a $100.00 per person fee for each reservation cancelled within two weeks prior to class and such fees must be paid in order to reserve additional training dates. This policy applies to both existing customers and new users receiving free training with their system purchase. While every effort will be made to hold each class as originally scheduled, Shoptech Software reserves the right to change or cancel any class based on circumstance and customer demand. We understand your time is important, so you will receive word on your registration or be notified of any changes to the schedule as soon as possible.
